Kino Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a Front of House Supervisor to support managers and lead shift teams. You’ll help deliver great service, coach colleagues, and maintain high standards across the floor.

The role suits an experienced supervisor ready to take the next step in hospitality management. We offer hourly pay with tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one, plus career development and other staff benefits.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality settings (restaurants, bars, cafés) in supervisory roles.
• Ability to lead by example during busy shifts and coach teammates.
• Strong customer service focus with a friendly, welcoming attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Lead from the front during busy shifts to ensure great service.
• Support management with opening/closing tasks and floor standards.
• Coach and motivate the team, delegate responsibilities, and ensure service confidence.
• Oversee cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling.
• Handle customer queries or complaints confidently to turn visits into great experiences.
• Contribute to driving sales by managing the bar and pass and supporting the lounge.
