Piloto Lounge, a Loungers venue, is hiring a Front of House Supervisor to lead shifts, support managers, and ensure fantastic service.

You'll oversee day-to-day operations on the floor, train and motivate the team, and handle guest queries with a view to turning visits into great experiences.

This flexible, hourly role offers tips, a staff meal, discounts from day one, and real opportunities to grow within Loungers' expanding network.

Competenze

• Leadership experience on the floor and ability to set pace for the team (Supervisor/Team Leader)
• Customer service mindset with a welcoming host approach
• Ability to coach and motivate staff during service
• Attention to cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes
• Experience in hospitality settings (restaurants/bars/cafés) is valued

Mansioni

• Lead from the front during busy shifts and ensure smooth service
• Support management with opening/closing tasks and standards on the floor
• Coach and motivate team to ensure confidence and clear roles
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, allergens and cash handling
• Handle customer queries or complaints and turn visits into great experiences
