It's all about the bustle. You'll lead from the front, setting a high pace so the team delivers on time, every time. You're detail-oriented, never settle for second best, and aim for your Lounge to be the go-to place for the local community. What You'll Bring

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or an experienced front-of-house team member ready to step into management, with a background in restaurants, bars, cafés, or coffee shops
• Experience working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks
• A natural talent and passion for hospitality
• Extremely driven and persistent in overcoming challenges
• Good literacy skills and excellent attention to detail for reporting on KPIs
• Strong communication skills to build rapport and trust
• Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision while meeting pressure and deadlines
• Knowledge of best practices in sales building, sales and labour forecasting, paperwork and reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS
