Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic supervisor with experience in food and beverage service, and the ability to lead their team during peak service hours.

The ideal candidate will be fully flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Rate of pay: £12.80 per hour plus service charge

What you’ll do…

• Deliver the highest standards of food and beverage service.
• Supervise a team of up to 25 people.
• Have flexibility to work shift patterns to meet the needs of the business.
• Possess a good understanding of cash handling, rotas, and stock control procedures.
• Have the ability to further improve and build on standards in both food and beverage through staff training and coaching.
• Effectively oversee the functions for the bar/lobby.
• Use several computer packages, so strong IT skills are essential.

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role.
• A minimum of 1 year’s food and beverage service, including cocktails.
• A proven track record of providing excellent customer care.
• Experience in cash handling and till operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Effective organisational skills.
• Ability to use own initiative.
