About the Role: Supervisor

What You'll Bring

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or an experienced front-of-house team member ready to step into management, preferably with a background in restaurants, bars, cafés, or coffee shops
• Experience working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks
• A natural talent and passion for hospitality
• Extremely driven and persistent in overcoming challenges
• Good literacy skills and excellent attention to detail for reporting on KPIs
• Strong communication skills to build rapport and trust
• Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision, even under pressure
• Knowledge of best practices in sales building, forecasting, reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS
