This is an exciting opportunity to join our new opening and become part of one of the most successful restaurant groups in the UK.

Lounges are special places, and what makes them so are the brilliant people who run them. As Supervisor, you'll support the management team to maintain that brilliance, delivering 14 great shifts with the team to ensure every customer leaves happy. Your supervision makes the difference. Brilliant!

It's all about the bustle. You'll lead from the front, setting a high pace for the team so everyone delivers on time, every time. Attention to detail is key, and you'll strive to make your Lounge the go-to spot for the local community. This role is demanding, but you know you have what it takes.

What you'll bring:

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or a front-of-house team member ready to step into management, with a background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
• Experience working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks.
• A natural talent and passion for hospitality.
• Extremely driven and relentless in overcoming challenges.
• Good literacy skills and excellent attention to detail for reporting on KPIs.
• Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision, even under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of best practices in sales building, sales and labour forecasting, paperwork and reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS.
