Supervisory Role in a Lounge

Lounges are special places, made so by the brilliant people who run them. As a Supervisor, you'll support the management team to maintain excellence, delivering 14 great shifts with your team to ensure every customer leaves happy—thanks to your brilliant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead from the front, setting a high pace for the team to ensure timely delivery of service.

What you'll bring:

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or an experienced front-of-house team member ready for management, with a background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
• Experience working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks.
• A natural passion for hospitality.
• Highly driven and persistent in overcoming challenges.
• Good literacy skills and excellent attention to detail for reporting on KPIs.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport and trust.
• Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision, adhering to pressure and deadlines.
• Knowledge of sales building, forecasting, paperwork, reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS best practices.
