Working Hours
Our scheduling system helps you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you, including various shifts across the week, from Mon-Fri daytime events, to weekend weddings, to evening shifts midweek and on weekends.
Main Responsibilities
In our busy venues, your main task will be to deliver excellent customer service. As waiting staff, you'll manage several tables as part of the front of house team. As a bartender, you'll prepare and serve drinks, replenish stocks, and offer wine pairing recommendations, using either written orders or electronic systems.
Skills / Qualifications
Experience in waiting and/or bartending roles within hotels, restaurants, conference & events, or wedding venues is preferred. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and excellent communication skills are essential. Maintaining personal presentation during busy shifts is also important.
