About the Supervisor Role

Lounges are unique places defined by the brilliant people who run them. As a Supervisor, you will support the management team to maintain excellence, delivering 14 great shifts with your team to ensure every customer leaves happy—thanks to your brilliant supervision.

The role is all about creating a vibrant atmosphere. You will lead from the front, setting a high pace for your team to ensure timely service and exceptional standards. You are detail-oriented, strive for excellence, and aim to make your Lounge the go-to spot for the local community. This role is demanding but rewarding for those who have what it takes.

What You'll Bring

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or a front-of-house team member ready to step into management, with a background in restaurants, bars, cafés, or coffee shops
• Experience working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks
• A passion for hospitality
• Driven and resilient in overcoming challenges
• Good literacy skills and attention to detail for reporting on KPIs
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust
• Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision, even under pressure
• Strong knowledge of sales building, forecasting, reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS best practices
