Black Kite Studios is seeking a Front of House Receptionist to be the welcoming face for clients and the studio team. You will deliver a 5* hospitality experience, manage front-of-house operations, and provide essential administrative support to keep the studio running smoothly.

Ideal candidates will bring front-of-house or receptionist experience, superb communication skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. The role offers a dynamic environment in a creative, fast-paced studio.

Qualificações

• Previous Front of House / Reception experience.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with people at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail and administrative ability.

Responsabilidades

• Providing a 5* hospitality service for clients and attendees.
• Maintain studio standards and liaise with suppliers/contractors.
• Manage stock and supplies for the studio and events, approve payments when needed.
• Administrative support: arranging travel, scheduling, meeting room bookings, taxis and couriers.
• Receive and log drives, deliver to the correct person promptly.
• Manage petty cash and Starling account, purchase studio equipment as required.
• Approve invoices and support event planning for staff and clients.
