Mission Mars’s Rudy's restaurant in Leeds is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-performing front-of-house team and partner with senior leaders to drive guest experience, standards and cost awareness.

You’ll manage shifts, develop talent, support recruitment and training, and aim to grow into a Deputy or General Manager as the business scales. The role offers a strong progression path and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality front-of-house team.
• Strong leadership and guest-focus.
• Commercial awareness with basic P&L understanding.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in leading a high-performing front-of-house team.
• Run shifts independently and own the floor when on shift.
• Drive standards across service, guest experience and compliance.
• Manage labour, scheduling and day-to-day cost awareness.
• Identify and develop talent within the team and mentor potential supervisors.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with confidence.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training as the team grows.
