Rudy's in Nottingham is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy front-of-house team and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll work closely with senior leaders on site, manage shifts, monitor service standards, and contribute to cost awareness and staff development.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with real growth potential, including progression toward Deputy or General Manager as the restaurant expands within the Mission Mars group. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in leading a high-performing front-of-house team.
• Run shifts independently and own the floor when on you.
• Build and maintain a team culture that people want to be part of.
• Drive standards across service, guest experience, and compliance on every shift.
• Manage labour, scheduling, and day-to-day cost awareness.
• Identify and develop talent within the team and recruit as needed.
• Handle guest feedback with confidence and resolve issues.
• Support with recruitment, onboarding, and training as the team grows.
