Your core purpose will be:

• Oversee the operational management of the hotel, including Guest Services, Housekeeping & Food & Beverage, working closely with the GM and deputizing in their absence.
• Lead in service, culture, development, team image, systems, procedures, and skills development.
• Assist in managing daily operations to maximize financial returns, promote a people-first culture, and create a unique guest experience.
• Ensure brand standards and operational initiatives are met, with a focus on health and safety and compliance, while fostering a strong team culture and community awareness.
• Support initiatives aligned with business objectives regarding revenues, costs, and team development.
• Guarantee guest satisfaction, positioning yourself as a benchmark for quality.
• Report to the General Manager and deputize in their absence.

What you should bring:

• At least 3 years of management experience in an internationally recognized branded hotel, preferably Marriott.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics.
• Experience in setting and managing budgets for optimal returns.
• Strong background in Duty Management and Food & Beverage is preferred.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and Symphony is desired.
• Previous experience in a Marriott Brand is a plus.
