Your core purpose will be:
- Oversee the operational management of the hotel, including Guest Services, Housekeeping & Food & Beverage, working closely with the GM and deputizing in their absence.
- Lead in service, culture, development, team image, systems, procedures, and skills development.
- Assist in managing daily operations to maximize financial returns, promote a people-first culture, and create a unique guest experience.
- Ensure brand standards and operational initiatives are met, with a focus on health and safety and compliance, while fostering a strong team culture and community awareness.
- Support initiatives aligned with business objectives regarding revenues, costs, and team development.
- Guarantee guest satisfaction, positioning yourself as a benchmark for quality.
- Report to the General Manager and deputize in their absence.
What you should bring:
- At least 3 years of management experience in an internationally recognized branded hotel, preferably Marriott.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics.
- Experience in setting and managing budgets for optimal returns.
- Strong background in Duty Management and Food & Beverage is preferred.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS and Symphony is desired.
- Previous experience in a Marriott Brand is a plus.
