Development Details:

This role will be based at a large residential development located in the heart of North West London with circa 1500 residential homes (and growing!) and benefits from various amenities including an onsite gym and retail facilities. The development is located close to Colindale underground station.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Manage a small team, including recruitment, performance reviews, appraisals, training and rota management.
  • Ensure delivery of high-end quality customer service for residents, tenants and guests, handling day-to-day matters promptly and professionally.
  • Manage work permits and supervise contractors on site.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, organized and able to think on your feet.
  • Effectively deal with feedback, acting as the main point of contact for all queries.
  • Deliver great customer service, manage complaints, and lead a team environment.
  • Conduct site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to, with a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems.
  • Work closely with management to ensure SOPs are adhered to and improve policies and procedures.
