Job summary

Treehouse Hotel London, part of the Cairn Group, seeks an energetic Front of House Manager to lead Reception, Night Team and Public Area Cleaning. You’ll shape guest experiences and coach teams across shifts to uphold our unique lifestyle hotel standards.

The successful candidate will be a visible, organised leader with a passion for hospitality, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and drives guest satisfaction through staff development and collaborative leadership.

• Lead, motivate and develop the Reception, Nights and Public Area Cleaning teams.
• Ensure a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, service and security.
• Manage guest feedback, complaints and service recovery.
• Oversee team scheduling, payroll, training and performance.
• Drive upselling, productivity and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with all departments to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

We are looking for an energetic, hands‑on Front of House Manager to lead our Reception, Night Team and Public Area Cleaning teams at Treehouse Hotel London.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing colleagues and maintaining the high standards expected of our unique lifestyle hotel.

Treehouse Hotel London is a playful, one‑of‑a‑kind lifestyle hotel high above Marylebone, inspired by the sense of adventure and freedom of childhood treehouses.
