The Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic Salon Manager / Senior Hairstylist to lead from the chair. This hybrid role is perfect for a passionate stylist ready to step into leadership while still delivering exceptional client service. You will oversee daily operations, inspire your team, and contribute to our high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional hair services, consultations, and aftercare advice.

• Manage day-to-day salon operations: rota, cash-up, stock control, and salon standards.

• Motivate, mentor, and lead a team of stylists and apprentices.

• Set and drive rebooking, retail, and client retention targets.

• Support and oversee content creation for social media.

• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and praise to build team confidence and skills.

• Maintain alignment with Elite Hair Lounge’s brand values and high service standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years experience as a qualified stylist, ideally with team leadership experience.

• Proven ability to build a loyal clientele.

• Confident in cutting, colouring, and finishing at an advanced level.

• Organised, professional, and results-focused.

• Hands-on leader with the ability to inspire, teach and lead by example.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for growth—yours and the team’s.
