Job summary

Pret a Manger is looking for a Front Of House Leader to mentor teams, drive outstanding service, and own shift operations.

You will train, coach, and support colleagues, benefiting from our Training Academy and clear paths to management opportunities.

Part Time 16 hours, shifts Mon-Sun 6:30am-5:30pm, £13.70 per hour (incl. £1.25 mystery shopper per hour). Free food when working and 50% off otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Coach and train team members to deliver consistent service.
• Oversee shift execution and collaborate with Store Manager to meet targets.
