Pret a Manger in Cambridge is seeking a Front Of House Leader to supervise daily operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will coach and support teams, manage shifts, and ensure smooth front-of-house performance across all outlets.

You'll access Pret's Training Academy, grow professionally, and benefit from competitive pay (£13.70 per hour) plus staff food discounts and opportunities for progression. The role requires availability across early mornings to evenings, five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front-of-house operations during shifts
• Coach and train team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Be the eyes and ears for smooth service and cost control during busy periods
• Support, train and coach teams to uphold high standards and ensure successful store operations
