• Motivate and develop the front of house team and set clear standards.
• Prepare restaurant for service with the team organized and ready to deliver.
• Work closely with the kitchen to maintain smooth service and good communication.
• Oversee bookings, table management and pace of service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and professionalism.
• Build positive relationships with guests and resolve feedback confidently.
• Support wider operations to sustain the guest experience.
