Job summary

DOUGH SUPPLY CO PTE. LTD. seeks a Lead Front of House Manager-on-Duty to oversee FOH operations in Penarth during shifts. You will conduct pre-shift briefings, ensure service readiness, and guide service crew to maintain guest satisfaction and smooth flow.

The role requires hands-on leadership, attention to grooming and SOP standards, and the ability to manage feedback, coordinate on onboarding, and produce shift handover notes and reports. Flexibility for peak hours and late shifts is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front of House (FOH) operations during assigned shifts as Manager-on-Duty
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure service readiness
• Supervise service execution, cashiering accuracy, and guest flow
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery independently when required
• Guide and support service crew
• Ensure adherence to grooming, punctuality, and SOP standards
• Assist in onboarding and on-the-job coaching of new staff
• Prepare shift handover notes and operational reports
• Fully capable of running the outlet independently when required
• Ensure smooth operations during peak periods and late hours
