Job summary

Pret Maidstone is seeking a Front of House Leader to drive service standards and coach the shop team. This hands-on role blends leadership with daily operability, from coaching staff to delivering great customer experiences.

You’ll stay calm during peak times, uphold food safety and quality, and work closely with the shop to improve efficiency and morale. Training and development are part of the role, with clear progression paths.
