Job summary

Umami in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a motivated FOH Section Lead to supervise the front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced dining environment.

You will manage service, reservations, seating, and coordination with the BOH team, train staff, promote upselling, handle guest inquiries, and ensure health and safety standards with flexible evening and weekend availability.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, bar, and service stations.
• Ensure all FOH operations comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
