This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys engaging with guests while delivering exceptional experiences. Ideal candidates will have experience in premium hospitality, excellent communication skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in premium hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Manage reservations and guest enquiries efficiently.
• Coordinate seating arrangements to maximise guest experience and operational flow.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and waitlists.
