Job summary

Boeing United Kingdom Limited is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide first class front of house service for campus visitors and staff. You will greet visitors, answer enquiries, manage the reception switchboard, and process transactions at the Boeing Store, while assisting with badges and security checks.

You will also handle admin tasks, liaise with security, and support logistics for training sessions, with shifts pattern rotating throughout the week.

Qualifications

• Right to work in UK – we do not sponsor applicants.
• Preferred front of house customer-support experience.
• Ability to handle pressure and work as part of a team while delivering professional service.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet campus visitors and provide directions and information.
• Operate reception switchboard and handle customer enquiries.
• Process transactions at the Boeing Store till and manage stock replenishment.
• Prepare badges and paperwork for upcoming visits and training.
• Carry out initial ID checks and issue security badges with access as required.
• Support weekly fire drills and safety testing and liaise with security staff.
• Manage internal inquiries and coordinate with various teams via email/phone.
