Bespoke Hotels in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Front of House Day Porter to join our team. This is a customer-facing role that helps create a positive guest experience while supporting daily hotel operations.

You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, respond to inquiries, maintain public areas, and help with room moves and event setups. Training is provided, and a flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualificações

• Customer-facing role in a hotel environment.
• Good communication and organisation skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Prior hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming guests and assisting with luggage when required.
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest enquiries.
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout public areas.
• Assisting with room moves and guest requests.
• Supporting various hotel departments as required.
• Ensuring health, safety, and security procedures are followed at all times.
• Helping set up conference, meeting, and event spaces when necessary.
