Browne Jacobson LLP is seeking a Front of House & Events Coordinator in Exeter to deliver a high standard of client service and support events and meetings across the Client & Marketing team. The role is based in Exeter and follows a full-time pattern with 8-hour shifts between 8am–6pm, with occasional weekend or extended hours for events.
You will greet visitors, manage room setups, coordinate catering and AV, and ensure smooth operations of the client suite.
We're looking for a Front of House & Events Co-ordinator to deliver exceptional client service and help create a lasting, positive impression of Browne Jacobson., As a Front of House & Events Co-ordinator, you'll work within the Client & Marketing (C&M) department; which includes Business Development, Bids, Marketing, Client Relationships, Events & Front of House, delivering exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders. The Front of House team are frequently the first impression of the wider business and its values for stakeholders and clients alike, so this is a role where your energy, professionalism, and attention to detail will truly matter. Based in our Exeter office, this is a full-time role working typically on an 8-hour shift pattern (including a break) between 8am-6pm, with occasional morning or evening cover for events and meetings within the hours of 7am-11pm.
