Job summary

National Theatre is seeking Customer Service Assistants to join the Visitor Engagement and Operations team on fixed term, part-time contracts. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and help ensure a welcoming, high-quality experience.

You will work across front-of-house areas, sell programmes and snacks, support tours, and be flexible to cover shows and events. Availability on evenings, Wednesdays and Saturdays is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and front-of-house skills.
• Ability to engage with diverse audiences.
• Availability for evenings, Wednesdays, Saturdays and December holiday period.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a first-class service.
• Work front-of-house across theatres, selling programmes, ice creams and snacks.
• Support tours and daytime engagement with non-theatre visitors.
• Be flexible to cover in visitor areas as required.
