Job summary

Generator London seeks a Front of House Crew Member to help deliver outstanding service and a truly Generator experience at the heart of the city. You will own the guest journey, contribute to a vibrant, youth-driven environment, and be part of a team that embraces the brand and culture.

The role requires passion for hospitality, the ability to work across shifts and to stay organized in a fast-paced setting while actively helping guests discover London’s cafés, bars, and arts scene.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front office hospitality environment.
• Experience using a Property Management System.
• Flexible with shifts (mixed morning and evening).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the guest journey to raise the bar and create a unique Generator experience.
• Know your guests and have a passion for independent travel and the road less travelled.
• Demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Be part of a great team within your department that gets Generator and wants to be themselves.
• Monitor social spaces, lighting, sound and temperature to embody the Generator brand and culture.
• Know your city, its cafés, bars and restaurants, its art, its music.
• Comply with all company policies trained on, including Fire Training, Health & Safety and Food Hygiene.
• Be responsible for all cash handling whilst on duty.
• Correctly administer the Close of Shift procedures with accuracy and consistency.

ABOUT GENERATOR LONDON

Generator London is a short stroll from Covent Garden,Regents Park and the British Museum. When crafting this hostel we redesignedthis old police station to reflect the city’s street life. Local reclaimedtimber, exposed brickwork and hot-rolled black steel give the hostel anindustrial feel. Bold graphics, vibrant patterns and famous British culturalicons combine to capture London's cosmopolitan vibe. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Ensure youcomply with all company policies you have been trained on, which include FireTraining and Health & Safety and Food Hygiene
• BeResponsible for all cash handling whilst you are on duty
• Correctlyadminister the Close of Shift procedures every shift with 100% accuracy andconsistency

• Experienced within a front office hospitalityenvironment
