Job summary

Generator London is seeking a Kitchen Crew Member to help run the kitchen smoothly. You will wash pots and pans, clean areas and assist the team while maintaining high hygiene standards.

You should have a passion for food, strong teamwork, and good communication. Flexibility with hours is required to meet guest needs at Generator’s vibrant London property.

Responsibilities

• Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
• Collect and wash up pots and pans.
• Clean food preparation areas and equipment, crockery and cutlery.
• Unload food and equipment deliveries. Keep storeroom organised.
• Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
• Assist the kitchen team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
• Ensure guests receive an exceptional level of service and want to return.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and provide service to exceed expectations.
• Comply with brand, hotel and company operating standards.
• Adhere to departmental Standards of Performance.

Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Kitchen Crew Member to assist and ensure the effective and smooth running of the kitchen operations. The Kitchen Crew member will make sure all the equipment is put away correctly, the washing up of pans and pots and general cleanliness is kept to a high standard to help the Kitchen be as efficient as possible.
