Job summary

Six Physio in London is seeking a vibrant Front of House Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients, delivering friendly, professional service across our clinics.

You will support the Practice Managers and Clinic Directors, liaise between patients and physiotherapists, and handle day-to-day IT systems to keep operations running smoothly.

The role is 37.5 hours per week over five days, with a rota published the week before, and 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Front of House experience preferred.
• Understanding of IT systems.

Job description:

• As the first point of contact both over the phone and in person, youare personally responsible for providing a 1stClass Customer Service to our patients.
• Within the clinic you are a pivotal part of the team, liaising between patients and physiotherapists to ensure everyone has what they need.
• You will support the Practice Managers and Clinic Directors.

Salary:

• £28,000 per annum

Experience:

• Front of House experience preferred
• An understanding of IT systems
• Training will be provided over 2 weeks

This role is 37.5hrs across 5 days, with a rota that goes out the week before showing where you will be working. You are entitled to 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
