Job summary

Six Physio in London is seeking a vibrant Front of House Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients, delivering friendly, professional service across our clinics.

You will support the Practice Managers and Clinic Directors, liaise between patients and physiotherapists, and handle day-to-day IT systems to keep operations running smoothly.

The role is 37.5 hours per week over five days, with a rota published the week before, and 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Front of House experience preferred.
• Understanding of IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients, delivering 1st class customer service.
• Liaise between patients and physiotherapists to ensure everyone has what they need.
