The University of Southampton Students' Union (SUSU) is seeking a Front of House Coordinator to lead SUSU’s reception service, manage room and event bookings, and operate Safety Bus and minibus services. You will supervise staff, coordinate rotas, and implement efficient procedures to ensure a welcoming, high-quality service for students, staff and visitors.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, communicate proactively, and adapt to early mornings, evenings and weekend
As Front of House Coordinator, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of SUSU’s reception service, room and event bookings, and Safety Bus and minibus operations. You will supervise and develop staff, coordinate rotas and operational cover, maintain effective systems and procedures, and work closely with internal teams, students, customers and external partners to provide a welcoming, efficient and high-quality service.
We are looking for an organised and approachable individual with experience in a senior administrative, business support or front-of-house role.
Most importantly, you will share our commitment to providing an excellent experience for students, staff, and visitors, and delivering high-quality services across the Students' Union.
