Job summary

Join Sainsbury's London as a Corporate Office Care Concierge, delivering welcoming front of house service in our Store Support Centre near Farringdon. You will lead guest reception and work with FM and facilities teams to ensure excellence for visitors and colleagues.

You will bring strong customer service, stakeholder management and clear communication, supporting a collaborative environment and contributing to a best-in-class office experience with a focus on operations and service standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a front of house or customer-facing role within a corporate or multi-tenanted office environment.
• Proven ability to manage and support high-profile visitor events, including guest registration, escorting, and meeting room coordination.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with evidence of engaging professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track record of identifying and escalating operational issues, such as visitor management system faults or facility concerns, to ensure minimal disruption.

Responsibilities

• Lead reception and customer service to create a welcoming experience for visitors and colleagues.
• Maintain positive relationships with building management and front of house teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Support the FM team during high-profile visits and events: guest registration, escorting visitors, and coordinating meeting spaces.
• Contribute to the Corporate Office Care Hub, assist with walk-up queries, and escalate issues with the visitor management system to minimise downtime.
