Sainsbury's is seeking a Corporate Office Care Concierge for our London Store Support Centre, on-site five days a week near Farringdon station. You will lead the reception, deliver a best-in-class welcome for visitors and colleagues, and partner with FM and building teams to ensure exceptional service.
You will manage guest registrations, support high-profile visits and events, and help maintain meeting spaces and a connected, well‑stocked workplace.
This role is on-site at our London Store Support Centre (SSC) - located in the JJ Mack building, near Farringdon station – five days per week.
Joining us as a Corporate Office Care Concierge offers the opportunity to be part of a dedicated Front of House Concierge team, providing exceptional service to visitors and colleagues in our new and exciting Store Support Centre in London. You will be an integral part of the Front of House Concierge team, responsible for delivering a welcoming and supportive service to create a best-in-class experience for visitors and colleagues. In this role, you will take the lead in customer service at the reception, ensuring a warm welcome for guests and colleagues. You will also maintain positive relationships with the building management team and front of house team to ensure excellent service for all visitors and the smooth delivery for our Facilities Management (FM) services. Additionally, you will provide support to the FM team during high-profile visitor visits and special events, assisting with guest registration, escorting visitors to event spaces or meeting rooms, and ensuring the overall condition and availability of meeting rooms. You will contribute to the Corporate Office Care Hub to provide assistance with walk-up queries from colleagues and escale any issues with the visitor management system to minimise downtime. With your strong customer service and front of house background, along with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and efficient environment for our office. You will be crucial in ensuring a great colleague environment working with our key partners to ensure all colleague areas are clean and well stocked and well maintained. You will also support in ensuring spaces are regularly reset to align to our Next Level service aspirations.
You are an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and front of house operations. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, allow you to provide a welcoming and supportive experience for visitors and colleagues at our office at the JJ Mack building, near to Farringdon station. With your ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, you contribute to maintaining positive relationships and ensure that customer service is consistently delivered at its best. Your keen judgement and ability to spot trends and issues enable you to address challenges promptly and proactively. As a dedicated member of the team, you play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience within our corporate office environment.
