Job summary

The College wishes to appoint two Catering Supervisors to join our Front of House Team on a permanent basis, working at our main site in central Oxford. These are full time (37.5 hours) permanent roles, available for an immediate start. Shifts include early, late and weekends as required.

The salary will be £30,960 per annum. Reporting to the Catering Services Manager, Catering Supervisors lead food and beverage service and ensure a warm, welcoming experience for staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front of house service in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of food & beverage products and health & safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead food and beverage service across the College.
• Promote a warm and welcoming customer experience.
• Report to the Catering Services Manager.
• Support large-scale catering and events throughout the year.
