Qualifications

• Experience of supervising food service and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise small teams to provide high-standard counter, plate and buffet services.
• Direct staff and prepare rooms for service across the College.
• Ensure menus and dietary information are accessible to diners and staff.
• Maintain service areas to College standards and comply with legislation.
• Lead junior staff and casual labour during daily service and events.
