Job summary

The University of Bristol is seeking a friendly and proactive Catering Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team across our on-site catering outlets, including halls of residence, cafés, bars and a food court.

The role is a 35-hour week, working 5 days out of 7, with a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences, staff support and smooth daily operations in a dynamic campus catering environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience in food service and dealing with guests
• Supervisory experience
• Experience of working within a diverse team
• High organisational skills and the ability to adapt to the needs of the business

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house catering team and ensure excellent customer service.
• Support managers with daily tasks such as ordering, rotas, and end-of-day duties.
• Maintain a friendly, professional tone and high standards of due diligence.
