Job summary

Carriages Restaurant in Hereford is seeking a dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join our Front of House team. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will deliver a high-quality dining experience, master a section, and share knowledge about our menu and allergens.

The role is based at our Whitestone site with weekend/evening shifts. The position offers 17 hours per week with rota-based hours, including Thursday and Friday evenings, Saturday and Sunday service.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality preferred.

Driven by excellence, attention to detail, and consistently exceeding guest expectations. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Waiter/Waitress to join our Front of House Hospitality Team. The role is based on our Hereford site at Whitestone. You will join a friendly, professional and dedicated team, who pride themselves on delivering the highest standards of customer service. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will provide a high-quality level of customer service ensuring all front of house activities and environments are maintained to the highest of standards. You will use your communication skills and friendly demeanour to help customers understand all options available and provide insights that will ensure customers return again and again.

Within This Role You Will

This role offers 17 hours per week, worked in line with the rota, with the ability to cover the main core services Thursday & Friday evenings 4pm-11pm, Saturday 11am-11pm and Sunday 10am-5pm. There may also be the opportunity for paid additional hours, depending on the requirements of the rota and business needs.
