WSH Restaurants is seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join The Braywood team in a part-time capacity. You will provide attentive service, know our menu inside out, and contribute to a flawless dining experience for guests.

Role emphasizes presentation, wine service, teamwork, and upselling to enhance guest satisfaction. A vibrant, customer-focused environment with industry-leading training and progression opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• Leaving Cert level education or above.
• NVQ qualification or equivalent.
• Ability to display a real passion for food, beverage and customer service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Hands on and proactive approach.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

• Upselling: Recommend featured items, drinks, and wine pairings to enhance guests' experiences.
• Stay Cool: Handle high-pressure situations calmly, professionally and refer them to the line manager, if necessary.

Position Overview
