Job summary

Carriages Restaurant in Hereford is seeking a dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join our Front of House team. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will deliver a high-quality dining experience, master a section, and share knowledge about our menu and allergens.

The role is based at our Whitestone site with weekend/evening shifts. The position offers 17 hours per week with rota-based hours, including Thursday and Friday evenings, Saturday and Sunday service.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless and attentive dining experience to guests.
• Manage a section with confidence and precision.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, including food, wine, and allergens.
