Front of House Assistant - FM Service Provider - Witney - £15 per hour

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Catering Assistant to work for an established Facilities company on a unique site based in Witney. The successful candidate will have a proven track record working in hospitality and can start immediately.

Hours/Details:

• Saturday & Sunday
• Plus bank holidays
• 07:30am to 3:00pm
• Pay rate - £15 per hour
• Contract type - Temp to perm
• Immediate start

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Serve food and beverages to customers following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation, and combinations in line with brand standards, and answer questions about the products
• Perform basic cold food preparation and made-to-order services including hot deli and live action in line with brand standards
• Take payment and keep financial records as required
• Ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to, particularly HACCP regulations
• Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise
• Clean and tidy counter, light equipment/vending machines, preparation, and public areas
• Pot washing
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of service and seating areas

Requirements:

• Proven track record in catering
• Ability to work to a timescale as agreed with your Supervisor/Manager
• Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety practices
• Maintain a professional manner at all times
• Be honest, reliable, and hardworking
• Good communication skills
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Safety boots required
