Working pattern: 20-25 hours per week, Monday - Friday

1. Engage and interact with customers and the team with a friendly attitude.
2. Be knowledgeable about the coffee and food we offer.
3. Maintain the highest standards of coffee service and cleanliness.
4. Represent Gather & Gather’s FOOD ideals at all times.
5. Communicate effectively with your manager and the team.
6. Serve hot beverages and craft coffee to the highest standards.
7. Restock and assist with stock takes as needed.
8. Create an inviting atmosphere that encourages customers to return!
