Role: Front of House Assistant

Location: Bedford

Rota: 5 out of 7 days, 37.5 hrs/week, 44 weeks/year (term time)

Shifts: 07:00-15:00, 09:00-17:00, or 11:30-19:30 rotating

Salary: £12.21/hour PAYE

Contract: Temp to perm, paid weekly during first 12 weeks

Start date: w/c 28th April 2025 or nearest

Team:

Approximately 50 employees including Contract Director, Ops Manager, Hospitality Manager, Supervisors, and Assistants.

Applicants should:

  • Have an enhanced DBS certificate or be in the update service
  • Be drivers with reliable vehicle access
  • Be excellent communicators, both written and verbal

  • Know food safety regulations and best practices
  • Be able to provide employment references in catering
  • Be professional, presentable, adaptable, enthusiastic, flexible, and approachable
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

You must register with Interaction Recruitment before deployment. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00, excluding bank holidays.
