Job summary

Wilson Vale is recruiting a Front of House Assistant for our workplace restaurant in North Hykeham. This permanent, full-time role runs 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm, with on-site parking and a complimentary meal each shift.

The role involves delivering welcoming customer service, serving food and beverages, and supporting the restaurant team in a busy front of house environment. Training and progression opportunities are available.

We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Assistant to join our team at one of our workplace restaurantsin North HykehamLN6 3QX.

This is a permanent position working 37.5hours per week, Monday to Friday from 7am until 3pm. This role offers a fantastic work-life balance, on site parking, and a complimentary meal every shift.

Wilson Vale is an established, quality-led contract caterer. We work with amazing clients across the UK who place huge value on great food as a key part of their culture and community. We work in office restaurants, independent schools and at conference venues with the same high-end ethos throughout.

Our workplace restaurant and kitchen have recently undergone an exciting renovation, creating a vibrant working and dining environment for our catering team of 11 and around 500 guests. As a Front of House Assistant, you’ll provide a welcoming and professional service to customers while supporting our busy restaurant and hospitality operations. Our food offer includes fresh, made from scratch dishes, street food style lunches and a buffet breakfast, alongside working lunches and hospitality events.

We’re looking for someone with a friendly and approachable manner who is confident interacting with customers and enjoys working in a busy front of house environment. In return, we offer excellent training, development and career progression opportunities.

As our Front of House Assistant, you will:
