Job summary

Wilson Vale is recruiting a Front of House Assistant for our workplace restaurant in North Hykeham. This permanent, full-time role runs 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm, with on-site parking and a complimentary meal each shift.

The role involves delivering welcoming customer service, serving food and beverages, and supporting the restaurant team in a busy front of house environment. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable demeanor required in busy front of house environment.
• Ability to interact confidently with customers and colleagues.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive customer service.
• Serve food and beverages across restaurant and hospitality areas.
• Assist with set-up and clear-down of restaurant and hospitality services.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the front of house.
• Work closely with the wider catering team to deliver a smooth and efficient service.
• Be eligible to work in the UK.
