Job description

Over the past 4 years we’ve created a space filled with all of our favourite things: food, coffee, cake and art, run by Michael (FoH) & Andrew (Kitchen). The tea room is part of our home and as such, one of the most important things for us is to make every customer feel welcome.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team, working closely with Michael and the rest of the team.

The ideal candidate must be:

- Friendly - Welcome everyone as they enter the tea room, greet them with a smile and be ready to answer any questions.

- Pro-Active - Being a small team we often have to don many hats! Tasks can vary day-to-day, but will involve taking orders, making drinks, using the till, clearing tables, restocking fridges etc. No day is the same here so you must be willing to use your initiative.

- Keen to Learn - Don’t be afraid to ask us questions, be nosy, be inquisitive! We offer barista training and basic food handling skills.
