Job summary

SOHO Coffee Co in London is looking for a friendly Team Member to join our vibrant café team. You will welcome guests, take orders, and prepare drinks and food to our brand standards, helping to create a memorable guest experience.

You’ll thrive with a strong team ethic, high attention to detail, energy, and flexibility to work across varying shifts. We offer a supportive training programme, store discounts, pension, and holiday entitlement as part of our team.

Team Member responsibilities are:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Serve high‑quality hot and cold drinks, and food, following our brand standards and specifications for all menu items, including hot food categories.
• Ensure the café is always clean, tidy, and well‑stocked, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and the team.
• Adapt to various tasks throughout the day, working as part of a hands‑on team that supports each other all the time.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures to maintain quality and consistency in service and food preparation.
• From cooking in the kitchen to preparing drinks and handling service, every team member contributes to all areas of the café operation.
