Job summary

The Cambian Group is seeking a Referrals Coordinator to manage the front-line residential referral process in Heaton Mersey, Stockport. You will report to the Referrals Manager and Business Development Director, supporting the admissions workflow and ensuring accurate communication with customers.

Key duties include filtering referrals, logging activity, and liaising with finance and regional managers. A proactive, professional team player is required for this busy role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the incoming placement referral process and match referrals to services.
• Respond to referrals with timely, professional replies and follow up with customers.
• Log all referral activity for cross-team transparency.
• Ensure offers of placement are emailed quickly and accurately.
• Maintain relationships with finance, regional and commissioning managers.
• Cover for leave or sickness and support the team as needed.
