Job summary

Complex Care Professionals Limited in the North West of England is seeking a Care Coordinator to organise care packages from referral through to delivery and to support service growth. You will manage staff rotas, recruit and onboard carers, liaise with clients, carers and healthcare professionals, and maintain high standards of care and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a domiciliary care coordination role (preferred).
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach.
• Experience with rostering systems (Access Planner desirable).
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
