Job summary

ID Logistics UK is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to lead our high-volume 3PL operations in Sittingbourne on the Front-End Outbound Shift (Sunday to Wednesday, 20:00–06:30). You will direct shift operations, coach staff, manage labour, and uphold safety and performance targets in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

Experience in warehouse/logistics, preferably supervisory or management.
Strong leadership, engagement, and motivational skills.
Good understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound and stock management.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage warehouse operations on shift, ensuring performance, productivity and service targets are achieved.
Supervise, coach, and motivate warehouse colleagues, creating a high-performing and engaged team culture.
Allocate labour and resources effectively across operational areas to meet customer and business requirements.
Maintain Health & Safety standards, ensuring compliance with company procedures and safe working practices.
Drive operational excellence through performance monitoring, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
